Full Refunds:

  • If the project has not yet been started and the initial design style has not been approved, a full refund will be issued.
  • If we are unable to deliver the project as per the agreed-upon timeline, a full refund will be issued.

Partial Refunds:

  • If we fail to deliver as per our delivery policy after the initial design style is approved, a partial refund will be issued, proportional to the amount of work completed. 

No Refunds:

  • If the project has been completed and uploaded to the server, no refunds will be issued.

  • To request a refund, please contact us at hello@servously.com and provide details of your request.

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Partial refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the date of cancellation.
